The one problem I had with 'Ice Age' was that the facial expressions of most of the characters seemed too stiff, too un-animatedly impersonal. Either by design or by trail and error, this is not a problem with 'Robots.' These guys have done an amazing job of personifying a diverse collection of naturally and normally inanimate objects.
This, combined with a strong personal story line and sharp, witty dialogue, gives us an instant animated classic.
